Why Chateaux du Monde?

With a background of urban planning, residential development, real estate sales, property management, in addition to 23 years of home building, he offers a prospective homeowner a more complete knowledge of home building rather than one limited only to construction.
"I enjoy working with the homeowner at the early stages of property selection and with the architect, homeowner and decorator during the design process. I have found that well planned, collaborative efforts yield beneficial results later during actual construction."
The completion of house plans by the architect is a point of departure for the homeowner and builder. "I will patiently explain, guide and assist you through the myriad of design decisions, budgeting, contract execution and administration, plan approvals, and governmental inspections. Along the way we will have some fun too, and enjoy this very exciting and special time in your life."
